Three posts a day, zero calls a month — is that management?

It is not. At Sergili Reklam, account management is not filling a calendar with squares; it is designing who will call and who will vanish from a DM. Erzurum shopkeepers arrive saying “post every day”, then likes arrive and the door does not open. We first cut channel and promise: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, a map post. A Palandöken hotel in winter wants stories and booking, a Yakutiye kebab shop plates and hours, an Aziziye workshop process and trust. The same grid is three lies. Management is knowing how to say no.

Without operations, content is a lie. Who will watch comments, how many minutes for a DM, will stock cover the price in the story. We do not write “order instantly” on a restaurant that replies to night messages in the morning. That is the same rule as UX microcopy: a sentence you cannot keep is a fascia you cannot keep. The same rule for a remote brand; time zone is embedded in the calendar. In an Erzurum winter, if reception is full, content tempo drops too, without shame.

If ads and organic are not born at the same table, budget eats the organic crumbs. Ads are not mandatory in a management pack; a clash warning is. Map profile can be a separate line, but posts and photos should wear the same face. One dictionary, separate invoices. A crowd of agencies produces three Excels, not one phone call. DM and comment owner are named in discovery; a night watch is not promised. Questions: 0549 641 69 69; shop Bosna Hersek Caddesi No:43, Erzurum.

Does Erzurum’s rhythm fit an Istanbul agency calendar?

It does not. Holidays, Eid, winter opening, school, build season, first snow on Palandöken. A universal “marketing calendar” puts those in a footnote; we make them the spine. A shopkeeper’s Tuesday market and Friday hours set content time. Sharing a “night menu” at 3 p.m. is hanging a poster on a closed door. The calendar also aligns with Google hours. Clashing hours are a clashing brand. Likes are weather; directions and calls sit in the report. If the report must fit five lines, this line enters those five.

Makers and exporters sit in another rhythm. Fairs, ships, Ramadan commerce, European holidays. On accounts we run remotely we ask which weeks sales are empty, so content is not a vitrine sales never uses. A TR/EN grid can sit apart; translation is not auto-printed. In Palandöken a Russian story is a real need; a machine sentence falls apart in a foreign review. Passwords stay with you; access is handed over when we part. Revision rounds are written; there is no endless “let’s also try this”.

Crisis and winter cancellation are part of the calendar. A flight drops, a road closes, the meat runs out. The “everything is wonderful” grid stops that day. What replaces it lives on the voice card, not in improvised ego. Management is reading that card. If there is no card we write a short voice note first, then post. Doing the reverse is noise. An ‘order instantly’ sentence you cannot keep is a fascia you cannot keep. Climate is a calendar item, not an excuse.

Comments, DMs and crisis: who watches, in how many minutes?

If a name and a duration are not written in discovery, the pack is theatre. We ask for a working window and a backup person. A night watch is not promised, not written. Emergency in an Erzurum clinic, booking in a hotel, allergy in a restaurant — three different durations. Duration also cuts content tone. A crisis reply that starts “dear friend” can be petrol on a fire. Not post count — reply time and stance are the pack’s spine. Launch day is the middle of the job, not the end of applause.

Moderation rules are written: insult, spam, rival, fake. An appetite to delete locks accounts. A negative comment is short in public, the fix in a private channel. We also align that with Google profile replies. Two mouths, two realities, one distrust. Under care we reply or we leave templates. The border sits on the quote line. The Erzurum calendar is winter, holidays and Palandöken; an Istanbul agency grid does not fit. The Social Media Management file sits on the same board for a remote team; we do not invent a second jargon.

Influencer and neighbour-shop collabs do not get squeezed into the management pack as a “gift”. Who, what, how many stories, how it is measured. In Erzurum face-to-face reputation is still strong; a fake micro-phenomenon poisons the neighbour’s talk. Honest collab beats inflated reach. Knowing how to say no is management again. DM and comment owner are named in discovery; a night watch is not promised. On Social Media Management handover, millimetres are owned; craftsman and designer see the same sentence.

The report: likes, directions, or bookings?

A like is weather; a booking is a result. Where we can, we bind taps, WhatsApp, forms, map directions and (if any) ad conversions. Where we cannot, we honestly say “weak proof”; we do not manufacture miracle Excel. The owner wants five lines; those five lines are real events. In an Erzurum SME that language weighs more than agency jargon. Likes are weather; directions and calls sit in the report. Questions: 0549 641 69 69; shop Bosna Hersek Caddesi No:43, Erzurum.

Watching rivals is not copying them. Copying every frame of theirs erases your counter. We show the gap: the neighbourhood they did not shoot, the comment they did not answer, the hour they did not close. Then your craft. Stock video and the same song make the city one pile. Original does not have to be expensive; your kitchen is enough. Passwords stay with you; access is handed over when we part. If the report must fit five lines, this line enters those five.

The monthly round is not a “why did we drop” panic. Hypothesis, trial, stop. Changing strategy every week is the absence of strategy. Tempo rises in windows such as Palandöken season; summer talks another job. We write that up front so “why did you slow down” does not become friction. An ‘order instantly’ sentence you cannot keep is a fascia you cannot keep. Revision rounds are written; there is no endless “let’s also try this”.

  • Not post count — reply time and stance
  • Erzurum calendar: winter, holidays, Palandöken — no universal grid
  • DM/comment owner named in discovery
  • Report: directions and calls; likes are weather
  • Shoot in studio or on a phone; winter climate on the calendar

Is content made in studio, on a phone, or both?

Both. Phone truth for Reels, studio light for product, workshop for a sign. One roof is so the file does not scatter. A management pack does not force a shoot; it warns on a clashing visual. Outdoor shoots can slide in winter; interior and edit do not. Climate is written into the calendar. For a remote brand we edit your footage; we do not print fake “our office” stock. Not post count — reply time and stance are the pack’s spine. Climate is a calendar item, not an excuse.

The approval path is the place that slows the work or saves it. If the owner does not like every frame at the last minute, the grid dies. Jury and round count are written. The family WhatsApp is named in discovery. Time zones for remote teams. Unapproved “let’s post and see” is also a style; it is written in scope, not a surprise. The Erzurum calendar is winter, holidays and Palandöken; an Istanbul agency grid does not fit. Launch day is the middle of the job, not the end of applause.

Legal: music, faces, a child’s photo, a health claim. Wedding and school shoots are sensitive in Erzurum. An unlicensed claim also closes the ads account. Management puts that filter in front of content cheer. It is boring, and it keeps the account open. DM and comment owner are named in discovery; a night watch is not promised. Social Media Management is read with the same measure in Yakutiye, Palandöken and Aziziye; there is no neighbourhood discount.

Who do you manage the account with?

The team at Bosna Hersek Caddesi No:43, or a brief on a call. 0549 641 69 69. Passwords with you, access shared, handover when we part. Yakutiye, Palandöken, Aziziye, another city, abroad. Bring tea and the current grid. “Post every day” is not an order; a sentence about who will call is an order. Likes are weather; directions and calls sit in the report. The Social Media Management quote also writes what we will not do; that line is identity too.

Ads, SEO and maps are separate lines, the same face. If you do not want that, organic only. One roof is an advantage for winter shoots and edit; digital also runs on its own. WhatsApp on the same line. Report in five lines, no jargon. Passwords stay with you; access is handed over when we part. Questions: 0549 641 69 69; shop Bosna Hersek Caddesi No:43, Erzurum. An ‘order instantly’ sentence you cannot keep is a fascia you cannot keep. The same sentence holds over tea and on a shared screen.

Month one is often cleaning and voice, month two rhythm, month three measurement. We do not promise miracle virality. 0549 641 69 69, Bosna Hersek Caddesi No:43, Erzurum. We thin the grid so the door rings; we do not fill it. An ‘order instantly’ sentence you cannot keep is a fascia you cannot keep. If the report must fit five lines, this line enters those five. Not post count — reply time and stance are the pack’s spine. The neighbour sees the street; a lying promise does not last.

What is the difference from an agency “content team”?

They produce frames; we protect the counter. We produce a frame when it is needed; when it is not, we stay quiet. In Erzurum, staying quiet sometimes brings more work. That is hard to sell and easy to keep. The pack is not a post count; it is reply time and stance. Not post count — reply time and stance are the pack’s spine. Revision rounds are written; there is no endless “let’s also try this”.

“Let a student run it” models produce rights issues and crises. One counterpart, written rules, files with you. Reputation walks from the door; a stolen Reel is caught three streets away. Honest tempo, a long-lived account. The Erzurum calendar is winter, holidays and Palandöken; an Istanbul agency grid does not fit. Climate is a calendar item, not an excuse. DM and comment owner are named in discovery; a night watch is not promised. We do not invent references; process and handover speak.

Talk is free. 0549 641 69 69. Shop at Bosna Hersek Caddesi No:43. Show the best and worst frame of the last thirty days. We will build the rest with rhythm and nos, not with “more posts”. DM and comment owner are named in discovery; a night watch is not promised. Launch day is the middle of the job, not the end of applause. Likes are weather; directions and calls sit in the report. Knowing how to say no is how budget is protected Shop at Bosna Hersek Caddesi No:43, Erzurum, 0549 641 69 69.
